Transition To New Optima HELPdesk

Please be advised that Optima is currently in the process of transitioning to a new helpdesk system.

Support material will be made available via our Optima Cloud Storage system. You will need your own Optima support account to access the materials we provide. To begin, please go to the Optima cloud storage by pointing your browser to:

https://cs.optimatele.com

Either log in, or if you do not have an account yet, use "REGISTER" on the log-in page to create a new one. The registration process will send a verification message to the e-mail address you entered. Please make sure to respond to the verification e-mail as outlined. Our admins will only be able to enable your account after it has passed this verification stage.
